These Terms and Conditions, together with your Booking Confirmation, form the legal agreement (“Agreement”) between you and Shivalik Valley Resorts. By making a booking, you agree to abide by these terms.

1.1 Agreement and Definitions

• The Resort: “Shivalik Valley Resorts,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to the resort located at NH-58, Village-Sitapur, PO-Rampur, District-Rudraprayag, Uttarakhand 246471.

• The Guest: “You” or “your” refers to the lead person who makes the booking, who must be at least 21 years of age. You are responsible for the conduct and adherence to these terms by all members of your party.

• Booking: Your reservation for accommodation and/or services, which is only confirmed once we issue a written Booking Confirmation.

1.2 Booking Process and Payment

• Bookings can be made via our website, telephone, or email.

• To confirm a booking, a non-refundable advance deposit (typically 50% of the total estimated cost) is required. The remaining balance must be settled upon arrival or as specified in your booking confirmation.

• All prices are subject to applicable government taxes and fees, which will be clearly displayed before confirmation.

• Check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

1.3 Guest Responsibilities and Conduct

• You must provide accurate and complete details for all guests at the time of booking.

• The resort is a family-friendly environment. We reserve the right to refuse entry or terminate the stay, without refund, of any guest or group whose behavior is deemed unlawful, disruptive, or dangerous to others.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms and indoor areas. A deep cleaning fee will be charged for violations.

• Guests are responsible for any damage to resort property beyond normal wear and tear.

• For the safety and comfort of all guests, outside food and beverages may not be permitted in restaurant areas.

1.4 Liability and General Provisions

• The resort’s liability for loss or damage to guest property is limited. We recommend using in-room safes for valuables.

• We are not liable for failures in service resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, government actions).

• We reserve the right to amend these terms, our website content, or our pricing without prior notice.

• The laws of India shall govern this Agreement.
