Refund and Cancellation Policy

BOOKING POLICY

  1. To book/reserve a room guest/client/ta has to pay 50% advance booking amount.
  2. To book/reserve a room guest/client/ta has to mail us the screenshot to verify and confirm the same.
  3. Room booking confirmation mail will be sent only after the confirmation of payment screenshot.
  4. Bookings will only be confirmed through e-mail; no other methods of bookings will be entertained or considered.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

  1. 15 % of Booking Amount is Non-Refundable at any stage. One may postpone one’s booking to a future date and the booking amount will be considered and kept valid.*
  2. Cancellation before 30 days: 20% Retention of Booking Amount.
  3. Cancellation between 15 and 29 days prior to arrival: 50% Retention of Booking Amount.
  4. Cancellation received 14 days prior to arrival: 100% Retention of the Booking Amount.

*One year validity from the date of booking confirmation.

Please be advised Cancellation upon Arrival/ No-show/ Early Departure/ Change of Dates/ Partial Cancellation i.e. Reduction of accommodation booked / Late Arrival Due to Natural Calamities or Force of Nature will be treated as Cancellation and Non Refundable.

  • All bookings are tentative unless paid for in advance.
  • The booking is not confirmed till we send you a booking confirmation.
  • Cancellations are not accepted over the phone. All Cancellations must be made in writing.
  • Accommodation may be extendable on pro-rata basis subject to availability.
